RAM Installation Instructions

4. Carefully use a plastic pry tool to unclip the bottom cover and remove it to access the internal components.

6. Identify the memory chips on the motherboard; note that the 16 GB LPDDR4X RAM is soldered to the board and lacks SO-DIMM slots for expansion.
7. Confirm that your current system is utilizing the factory-matched dual-channel configuration, which already provides the maximum possible bandwidth for this specific motherboard architecture.
8. Reconnect the battery harness carefully into the motherboard connector.
9. Realign the bottom chassis cover, press along the edges until the clips engage, and reinstall the screws.

SSD Installation Instructions

2. Remove the screws from the bottom base cover and use a plastic pry tool to gently release the clips and remove the panel.

8. Press the drive down until it rests against the standoff and reinstall the securing screw to lock it in place.
9. Reconnect the battery harness, reattach the bottom panel, and secure the screws.
10. Boot the system and enter the BIOS to ensure the new storage device is detected properly before beginning your OS installation or data migration.
